Hey there, I’m Eric Natenstedt. I’m a realtor with a deep knowledge of the residential real estate market and where it’s headed. My professional background began in real estate appraisals and then pivoted into healthcare software. After spending too much time on the road, I decided to settle down in the Hill Country and get back to what I love – real estate. That’s when I met my wife, Courtney. Together we purchased a classic fixer-upper in Dripping Springs, Texas, where we live with our four dogs Pearl, Hazel, Sophie and Owen.

Bird Dog Flat Fee Realty Group was born out of my love of the residential real estate market and making one-on-one connections with my neighbors. Buying or selling a house is personal, and I believe the process should be too. Allow me to be the one to welcome you home.
